T48 EEPROM Programmer
The TL866 programmer that I use in many of my videos is no longer being produced. This T48 programmer is the replacement and it works for programming the 28C16 and 28C256 ROMs that I use in my projects.
You can use the Windows software from the manufacturer or download the latest minipro code. Once you've built that code, you can use minipro -p 28C256 -uP -w filename to write to a 28C256 EEPROM.
